Although payments will be delayed, we encourage claimants who want to apply for benefits or request weekly benefits to do so using UI Online or Telecert as those options will be available despite the storm.
Regular UI Online Hours: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm daily.
Due to scheduled system maintenance, UI Online will not be available:
o Every week from 7:00 pm Friday - 7:00 am Saturday; and
o Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 3:00 pm to 6:00 am on Sunday.
