If you are calling to file a new claim or reopen a claim for unemployment benefits, or need other assistance, please review the Call Schedule below before calling. Adhering to this schedule will help ensure that everyone gets through to the TeleClaim Center in a timely manner.

TeleClaim Services
You can reopen your claim, be interviewed if there are any issues affecting your eligibility for benefits, obtain up-to-date information on the status of your claim and UI benefit payment check, and resolve problems, all by telephone.

If You Need to Change Your Address or Provide Additional Information
If your address changes during the time you are collecting unemployment insurance benefits, you may call the TeleClaim Center to notify DUA of the change.

To Send Mail to the TeleClaim Center
If there are forms you must return to the TeleClaim Center, you will be given the address by your claims agent or claims adjuster.
Resolving Your Problems
The staff and management of the TeleClaim Center are committed to answering your questions, responding to your concerns, and resolving your problems.
