You will be mailed a "Notice of Hearing," which includes important information regarding your appeal. Do not lose this form.

The date, time and place of your hearing are on the notice, along with a description of the issues involved. Your "case number" (docket number) is on the form. If you have any questions about your appeal you will need to provide the Hearings Department with this information.
 

If any time during the hearings process you change your home address, notify the Hearings Department and the UI TeleClaim Center immediately. You may jeopardize your appeal if you do not. For information on your hearing, call the Hearings Department automated information line at 617-626-6561.
