Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 10:00pm. Saturday: 7:00am - 3:00pm. Employers can login to report wages, file payments, change address and even authorize access for an agent who does business on your behalf.  
Employers currently registered with DUA must activate their QUEST account first. Please click the Account Activation button and enter your DUA Employer Account Number (EAN) and Activation Password which were mailed to you to begin your account activation. Not registered yet? Register for QUEST.

QUEST Bulletin

o 1st Quarter 2013 Filing Deadline: Employment and Wage Detail Reports and Payments must be submitted by 4/30/2013. Beginning this quarter, late filings will incur a penalty and/or interest charges, as provided under MGL 151A, Section 14P. Employers are encouraged to file in advance of the deadline. To file online, log in and select "Employment and Wage Detail Reporting".

Employers - Subject (Contributory or Reimbursable) or Non Subject (Subject to DOR Withholding) to Unemployment Insurance conducting business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts must register on the QUEST system. Not registered yet? Register for QUEST

Who is a Third Party Administrator?

Third Party Administrator - Any person or entity example Certified Public Accountant (CPA,) Payroll Company, Fiscal Intermediaries etc. authorized by an employer to conduct business on their behalf.
