1. Select Account Maintenance
  2. Select Third Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization
  3. Select Search button to see previously assigned TPA
  4. You may update or remove the existing by selecting the TPA ID link.
  5. You may add a New TPA by selecting New button.

Note:

  • The same roles for update and submit cannot be assigned to more than 1 TPA.
  • 1 TPA may have update wage detail and a different may have update payments.
