On 9-24-10, the Board of Review posted a request for public comments on the current applicability of Shepherd v. Director of the Department of Employment Security, 399 Mass. 737 (1983), in unemployment benefit eligibility determinations under G.L. c. 151A, sec. 25(e), involving discharges where alcoholism was an issue. The comments were due on November 1, 2010.
