BR-119197 (Feb. 13, 2012) – Board concluded that the claimant quit for good cause attributable to the employer. Preliminary OSHA determinations of safety deficiencies in the workplace were sufficient to support the reasonableness of the claimant’s belief that she was working in unsafe conditions.
