The scheduling unit is responsible for, among other things, scheduling conferences, hearings and lump sum conferences for administrative judges and administrative law judges; rescheduling all conferences, hearings and lump sum conferences upon approval of senior judge; updating the Case Management System to reflect employee's correct/updated address; updating, and processing unit specialty data entry requests; compiling/forwarding various statistical reports; processing/distributing Dispute related correspondence; maintaining various data base logs; responding to telephone inquires;  and provide additional backup support for other Dispute units.

The scheduling unit interacts with the Senior Judge, record room staff, judges', judges' secretaries, regional office managers, judicial support manager, conciliation manager, stenographer manager, data processing, Advisory Council, public information office and the general public.
