In order to obtain the Office of Education and Vocational Rehabilitation (OEVR) approval, all Individual Written Rehabilitation Program's (IWRPs) must set out the rehabilitation plan in a complete, clear and legible manner. All amendments to IWRPs are subject to the same submission requirements as the original plan. All IWRPs as well as Closures must be typed and submitted by e-mail or FAX to the appropriate Regional Review Officer. Again, any missing date on an IWRP, Amendment or Closure will be sent back to the provider for correction.

(Since the IWRP is often the centerpiece of a vocational rehabilitation program, IWRPs and all amendments will not be approved by OEVR if, in form or content, they fail to meet accepted professional standards.)
