  A. Boats are registered by the Division of Environmental Law Enforcement.

  A. The permitting office is located at our Headquarters in Boston. Permit applications and descriptions of permit types can be found on our permits page

  A. Stop by any of our MarineFisheries field stations to pick one up, or contact our Gloucester or New Bedford offices to have one mailed to you. A PDF version of the guide can also be downloaded from our informational publications page.

  A. Stop by any of our MarineFisheries field stations to pick one up, or contact our Gloucester or New Bedford offices to have one mailed to you.

  A. Unfortunately, the only way to obtain a poster is to physically pick one up at one of the field stations located at 30 Emerson Avenue, Gloucester, MA 01930, OR 1213 Purchase St - 3rd Floor, New Bedford , MA 02740.

  A. For a marine fisheries commercial permit, visit our permits page. To renew your recreational lobster license or to purchase a freshwater fishing license, visit MassOutdoors.

A. Tuna is a Federally regulated species; you should call the National Marine Fisheries Service in Gloucester at 978-281-9300.
