Requests for information relating to an ongoing investigation are limited to the parties involved. However, once a determination has been reached following an investigation, the complaint and disposition may be available to the public.Following a public hearing, the hearing decision is available to the public.
NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS

On June 3, 2016, Governor Baker signed into law An Act to Improve Public Records. The MCAD has created Guidelines on Public Records document to reflect the recent changes to the law and which incorporates the Secretary of the Commonwealth's final regulations as well as contact information for the Records Access Officer (also found below).
