The MCAD outreach program "Spreading Education to End Discrimination" (S.E.E.D.) provides free presentations statewide to individuals who are most likely to experience discrimination in their daily lives. Presentations are conducted by trained S.E.E.D. volunteers who provide an introduction to your rights under the Commonwealth's anti-discrimination laws. Presentations are available in multiple languages.
Our interactive 60- to 90-minute presentation focuses on discrimination in the workplace, housing, and public places. We will talk about:
- What kinds of discrimination are prohibited by the law
- How to spot potential discrimination
- How to file complaints
