Annual Prosecutors Conference

This full day conference convenes prosecutors from the eleven District Attorneys offices.  The day starts with various training sessions in the morning and acknowledges exemplary prosecutors in the afternoon’s award ceremony.  This year the MDAA is announcing Mr. Gordon Graham of Graham Research Consultants, Inc. as its keynote speaker.

Conference on Sexually Dangerous Persons

This conference is held every other year and brings together a multi-disciplinary group of professionals who handle sexually dangerous person cases. The training addresses all developments in the law, and discusses the assessment tools, psychology and the expert opinions related to this field of law.

Victim-Witness Advocate Conference

This conference is designed for victim-witness advocates working in the District Attorneys’ offices and Attorney General’s Office.   The conference agenda routinely addresses various topics of interest for advocates and in the past included topics such as human trafficking, advocating for victims of sexual assault, and the prevalence of domestic violence in later life.
