DD Suite
The DD Suite is specifically designed to address the enterprise data management needs of DD Councils. The DD Suite was developed to be a collaborative model and a tool for collecting, monitoring, and managing outcome data from Council Activities and Sub-grants. The DD Suite is a Microsoft Access database designed by the MA DD Council to track the progress of Council Activities and Sub-grants, provide efficiencies in the reporting and monitoring process, support grantees with technical assistance, and offer a more productive alternative for federal reporting requirements.
The DD Suite is now entering the third year of a multi-state pilot program being conducted by the MA DD Council to determine the DD Suite's suitability for other DD Councils in the fifty-four states and territories. DD Suite Version 4.0 is now in the planning stages, and is scheduled to be operational by January, 2008. You can read more about the next generation of the DD Suite in our Project Plan (coming soon).
