Kim Honetschlager, GIS
Coordinator, Town of North Reading
Prior to working in North Reading,
Ms. Honetschlager provided GIS services to the Central Artery/Tunnel Project.
She has a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology from Carleton College and studied
City and Regional Planning at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. She
earned a certificate of Professional Achievement in Geographic Information
Systems from the Boshe Institute. She is an elected Town Meeting member
in Reading, is chair of the Open Space Committee, and is active in Ipswich
River watershed activities. Ms Honetschlager recently led the effort to
pass the Community Preservation Act in Reading, losing by 69 votes. Rumor
has it she uses GIS to map kayaking locations on Boston's North Shore.

Kathy Joubert, Town Planner, Town
of Northborough
Kathy Joubert has been the Town
Planner in Northborough MA for the past 17 years, having previously worked
as the Town Planner for the Town of Westborough; and Regional Planner for
the Martha's Vineyard Commission. She earned a Master's Degree in
Environmental Law from the Vermont Law School and her undergraduate degree
in Natural Resource Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
She has been on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association
of Planning Directors for the past 4 years and is presently serving as
President.

Richard Ames, GIS Coordinator,
Town of Wayland
Prior to coming to Wayland in June
of 2000, Rich was a senior image analyst for Emerge of Andover, MA from
1997 to 2000. He holds a BS in cartography from Salem State College and
a MA in GIS and International Development from Clark University. He was
raised in Natick and currently resides in Saxonville (Framingham).
