Online Technical Support (ArcGIS Version)

This page is for users who have received the MassGIS ArcGIS Data Viewer and have questions or problems regarding its intallation or operation. See the Map and CD Orders contact page for questions on ordering the Viewer. Refer to the Data Viewer Overview page for questions on Viewer contents and PC requirements.

In the following form, please enter all the requested information and a description of the problem you are having with the Data Viewer and then hit the "Submit Help Request" button. An Email will be sent to MassGIS and a staff member familiar with the Viewer will respond within 24 hours during office hours. This support is available for questions regarding the setup, installation, use, and customization of the MassGIS ArcGIS Data Viewer for shapefile viewers(MassGIS_SHP_Viewer.mxt) and SDE viewers(MassGIS_SDE_Viewer.mxt) only. Due to limited staffing, we will not be able to answer general questions on the ESRI ArcGIS software itself.
