One of MOVA's key responsibilities is to ensure that victims become aware of their rights and that those in the criminal justice system who are mandated with implementing them are fully informed of their responsibilities. One of the ways we accomplish this is through the publication and distribution of written materials to the public. Our publications include numerous training and resource manuals, reports and papers analyzing various victim rights issues, a Massachusetts Victim Bill of Rights Brochure; a Program Funding Directory for Victim Service Providers in Massachusetts; as well as a Safety Planning Brochure and the MOVA Office Brochure for general information.
