Sharing Personal Journeys During Brain Injury Awareness
During March, Brain Injury Awareness Month is observed nationwide. The 2024 theme, “My Brain Injury Journey," selected by the Brain Injury Association of American (BIAA), encourages everyone to learn more about the experiences of those individuals living with brain injuries.
We help transition people from nursing facilities to independent living
We offer brain injury training to individuals, professionals, and families. Programs include the Statewide Head Injury Program, Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver, Rolland Services, Acquired Brain Injury Non-Residential Waiver, Moving Forward Plan Community Living Waiver, and the Elder Services Grant.
