Erika M. Glaster,

The Deputy Executive Director of the MTRS, Erika oversees five units:
- Benefits Administration
- Retiree Services and Call Center
- Member Services
- Communications and Training, and
- Western Regional Office
Erika holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University. A former Treasurer of the National Pension Education Association (NPEA), she was reelected to the NPEA’s Board of Directors in October 2008 for a two-year term. Erika has been with the MTRS since 1986.
