The Employer Services unit is responsible for all aspects of member account maintenance: system enrollment, deduction reporting, school district data validation. These functions include analyzing payroll deduction report data from over 400 Massachusetts public school districts, collaboratives and charter schools; researching and managing members’ MTRS annuity savings accounts; and collaborating with school district payroll officers and business administrators to resolve reporting errors and ensure the accuracy of member account data.
