This ten-member department handles all aspects of establishing and maintaining active members’ accounts. These functions include processing payroll deduction reports from our approximately 400 school districts, researching and managing members’ annuity savings accounts, and working with payroll personnel and school business administrators to resolve reporting errors and adjust member records as necessary.
