As Director of Finance, Richard manages our Finance Department, which is responsible for accurately monitoring our financial records and preparing regular reports to authorities such as the Legislature, Board and the Public Employment Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC). The Finance Department maintains tight internal controls over the agency’s cash management systems. This unit also processes payments to vendors and administers agency procurements.
