The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement, design and implementation of the MTRS’s new information technology system. The PMO is staffed by MTRS business experts and selected vendors.

Responsible for managing the agency’s vital information management system, this unit prepares our monthly refund and retiree benefits warrants, and keeps our main database up and running. Our Application Services unit also provides management and staff with various data reports on a regular basis.

The Network Services unit plays an integral role in the MTRS’s daily operations, keeping the staff’s computer software and hardware up and running smoothly.
