The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement, design and implementation of the MTRS’s new information technology system. The PMO is staffed by MTRS business analysts, selected vendors and database administrators. The database administrators are responsible for maintaining and supporting several information management systems for MTRS.
