Our Springfield office is staffed by five representatives who handle all varieties of inquiries from our members and school district administrators in western Massachusetts. The counselors in this office conduct semi-monthly retirement group counseling programs in our downtown Springfield office, numerous regional seminars across the state and provide individual counseling sessions to retiring members.
Note: Appointments are necessary, so be sure to call ahead to schedule some time with a Counselor.
