Submitting your payroll deduction reports

Please remember to indicate the name of your school district and the deduction report period on the face of your contribution check, and to clearly label your diskette with the name of your district and the month the report is for. Likewise, be sure to submit a completed Retirement Deduction Submittal form (1 page, pdf) with your monthly submission. This will enable us to easily match your contributions with the associated data submissions, and the payroll processing system we use will work more efficiently.

Mellon Bank & Trust will send us all deduction reports received via next-day courier service. As a reminder, all monthly deduction reports are due at the MTRS’s lockbox by the 10th of the month following the reporting period.
