Western Regional office (Springfield)

Our Springfield office serves our active and retired educators who are or were employed in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire and Worcester Counties.

Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Accessibility: Our 5th floor office is accessible to the physically challenged. If you have special needs, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange to make your visit as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Nonsmoking policy: We maintain a smoke-free environment.

Driving directions to the Monarch Place parking garage

From the North

Take Interstate 91 South to Exit 7. Take a left off the exit onto Boland Way, and travel straight through the next light and the Monarch Place complex lower-level garage is on the right.

Take Route 91 North to Exit 6 (Springfield Center). Continue on Columbus Avenue to the 4th set of lights. Turn right onto Boland Way and the Monarch Place complex lower-level garage is on the right.

Take Massachusetts Turnpike I-90 West to Exit 6 onto I-291 West. From I-291 West, proceed onto I-91 South to Exit 6 (Union Street). At the end of the exit take a left at the light onto Union Street, travel one block and take the first left onto East Columbus Avenue. Continue on East Columbus Avenue and at the 3rd set of lights take a right onto Boland Way and the Monarch Place complex lower-level garage is on the right.

Take Massachusetts Turnpike I-90 East to Exit 4 onto I-91 South. Go about 6 miles and take Exit 7. Take a left off the exit onto Boland Way, and travel straight through the next light and the Monarch Place complex lower-level garage is on the right.
