MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Bruce K. Stoler was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on June 19, 1992. On February 29, 2000, he was convicted of conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and mail fraud in violation 18 U.S.C. § 1341. These convictions are felonies and by definition serious crimes. See S.J.C. Rule 4:01, § 12(3). His resignation in lieu of disbarment is accepted.
