IN RE: HENRY B. WYNN
ORDER
This matter came before
the Court, Greaney, J., presiding, on respondent's amended Motion for Special
Leave to Engage in Employment as a Paralegal. Upon consideration thereof,
it is ORDERED that the amended Motion for Special Leave to Engage in Employment
as a Paralegal is ALLOWED, subject to the following conditions and limitations.
1. The respondent
is authorized to engage in paralegal work for Attorney Jordan Ring or Attorney
Roberta Golden, and Attorneys Ring and Golden are authorized to employ the
respondent as a paralegal. No other lawyer may employ the respondent in any
capacity without the written consent of Bar Counsel or of this Court.
2. Attorneys Ring
and Golden (and any other attorney hereafter authorized to employ the respondent)
will personally supervise the respondent's employment as a paralegal.
3. The respondent
will perform all duties generally expected of a paralegal, with an emphasis
on general legal research of statutes and case law and, where appropriate,
the drafting of legal memoranda and other documents for Attorneys Ring or
Golden.
4. The respondent
will not have contact with client funds or property.
5. Attorneys Ring
and Golden (and any other attorney hereafter authorized to employ the respondent)
shall immediately inform the Bar Counsel's office of the Board of Bar Overseers
of any evidence that the respondent has violated any Rule of Professional
Conduct, whether or not that violation would raise a substantial question
as to the respondent's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in
other respects.
6. Attorneys Ring
and Golden will file periodic reports (not less than every six months) with
Bar Counsel describing the duties which the respondent has performed and any
problems which have arisen.
