JUDGMENT OF REINSTATEMENT

 

This matter came before the Court on a Petition for Reinstatement and the Vote of the Board of Bar Overseers recommending that the Petition for Reinstatement be allowed subject to certain conditions.

Whereupon, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petitioner is hereby reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth subject to the following conditions:

(1) that petitioner be required to attend annually at least six hours of Continuing Legal Education courses on professional responsibility and provide proof of attendance to Bar Counsel;

(2) that petitioner submit to Bar Counsel every six months for the period of two years following reinstatement, a detailed description of the nature of his practice, copies of all advertising and solicitation letters, and a representative sample of the referral services provided to clients and fees charged over the previous six months;

(3) that petitioner meet with Bar Counsel to discuss conditions one and two listed above and to produce any other information Bar Counsel deems necessary to insure the petitioner's compliance with the Judgment of Reinstatement and the rules of professional conduct.
