ORDER OF TERM SUSPENSION AFTER RESCRIPT

This matter came before the Court, and in accordance with the Rescript Opinion that was entered in the Full Court on March 4, 1999, it is ORDERED that the Order of Term Suspension entered September 24, 1997, suspending the respondent for a period of two years be, and hereby is, vacated.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Alan J. Karahalis is hereby suspended from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a period of four years effective retroactive to October 24, 1997, the effective date of the two year term suspension previously ordered by the Court, Ireland, J.
