ORDER OF TERM SUSPENSION AFTER RESCRIPT

This matter came before the Court, and, in accordance with the Rescript Opinion that was entered in the Full Court on January 14, 1999, it is ORDERED that the single justice decision entered December 3, 1997, suspending the respondent for a period of two years be, and hereby is, vacated.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Louis Kerlinsky is hereby suspended from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a period of three years effective retroactive to December 3, 1997, the date of the two year term suspension previously ordered by the Court, Lynch, J.
