This matter came before the Court on respondent's Reinstatement pursuant to SJC Rule 4:01, Sect. 18(2). On August 6, 1999, the respondent filed his affidavit of compliance, and bar counsel has not filed written notice that he objects to the respondent's automatic reinstatement ten days from the filing of his affidavit. Upon consideration thereof:

It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the respondent is hereby reinstated as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth effective August 16, 1999.
