JUDGMENT OF DISBARMENT

This matter came before the Court, Marshall, C.J., on a Waiver of Disciplinary Proceedings and Consent to Disbarment filed by the Board on October 20, 1999.

Upon consideration thereof, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that STANLEY L. GORDON is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in the Commonwealth retroactive to October 8, 1998, the date of the respondent’s temporary suspension, and the lawyer’s name is forthwith stricken from the Roll of Attorneys.
