SUMMARY2

The respondent pleaded guilty to thirteen counts of larceny over $250, a felony. Each of the thefts was from a person who had retained the respondent to obtain redress of a claim for personal injury or other damages. The respondent was sentenced to a one-year term of imprisonment and committed to jail.

The respondent was previously suspended from practice following a conviction for failure to file an income tax return.3 The suspension was still in effect at the time the indictments were handed down and the guilty pleas accepted.

The respondent consented to the entry of an order of disbarment. The Court ordered that he be disbarred.
