On December 22, 2004, the respondent admitted to sufficient facts in the Boston Municipal Court to the crime of indecent exposure in violation of G. L. c. 272, § 53H. The case was continued without a finding for one year, with conditions that the respondent stay away from the victim and continue counseling.
On February 16, 2005, bar counsel filed a petition for discipline, the respondent’s answer to the petition for discipline in which he admitted to the allegations and to violations of Mass. R. Prof. C. 8.4(b) and (h), and a stipulation of the parties recommending that the respondent be publicly reprimanded. On March 14, 2005, the Board of Bar Overseers voted to sanction the respondent by a public reprimand.
