1998 Monthly Activity Reports

This report provides notice to interested parties concerning branch, merger or acquisition and licensing matters involving hearings, decisions, and matters pending before the Commissioner of Banks or the Board of Bank Incorporation. Also included in the report are Community Reinvestment Act Descriptive Ratings and Evaluations which became public during the month on state-chartered banks and credit unions. Complete applications for inclusion in the Report must be received by the Division or the Board by 5:00 P.M. on or before the 15th of the month.
