IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against Rudolph Krutous, Taxi Drivers Credit Union, Auto Club Boston, Auto Club Boston Credit Group, Inc., and ACB Credit Group, Inc., on October 30, 2003, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws chapter 140, section 96, and applicable regulations found at 209 CMR 12.00 et seq. and 209 CMR 26.00 et seq., General Laws chapter 171, section 7, General Laws chapter 167, section 37, and General Laws chapter 255E, be, and hereby is, terminated. Such termination is based upon the findings of an on-site visitation by Massachusetts Division of Banks staff on December 26, 2003, coupled with receipt of a written Affidavit, signed December 31, 2003, in which Mr. Krutous attests to ongoing compliance with all related laws and regulations.
