DIVISION OF BANKS

Jaya Multiple Services, Inc., Lawrence, Massachusetts, has petitioned the Commissioner of Banks for permission to operate a check casher office at 268 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts 01841, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws chapter 169A. The Division of Banks will hold a public hearing on this petition on Tuesday Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 6 p.m at Lawrence Public Library, Sargent Auditorium, 51 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts 01841-3897. Any objections or comments concerning this proposal must be filed with the Division by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011.
