  • Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation - Approved to offer the HUD Home Equity Conversion Mortgage ("HECM").
  • Bank of America, N.A. - Ceased originating reverse mortgage loans on April 29, 2011.
  • Belmont Savings Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
  • Bridgewater Savings Bank - Ceased originating reverse mortgage loans on June 28, 2011.
  • Eastern Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
  • Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation - Ceased originating reverse mortgage loans on March 31, 2011.
  • First Mariner Bank d/b/a Next Generation Financial Services - Approved to offer HECM, HomeKeeper, and Cash Account Reverse Mortgage Loan Program.
  • Gateway Funding Diversified Mortgage Services - Approved to offer HECM and Homekeeper.
  • Generation Mortgage Company - Approved to offer HECM.
  • Genworth Financial Home Equity Access, Inc. (f/k/a Liberty Reverse Mortgage, Inc.) - Approved to offer HECM and HomeKeeper.
  • GMAC Mortgage Corporation - Approved to offer HECM.
  • Hanscom Federal Credit Union - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Members Trust Company, FSB.
  • Homeowner Options for Massachusetts Elders HOME Programs.
  • James B. Nutter & Company - Approved to offer HECM.
  • Live Well Financial, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM and Homekeeper.
  • Members Trust Company, FSB - Approved to offer HECM through credit unions approved by the Division.
  • Merrimack Mortgage Company, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
  • MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank, N.A. is an approved reverse mortgage lender and is approved to offer the HUD HECM.
  • One Reverse Mortgage, LLC - Approved to offer HECM.
  • Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Generation Mortgage Company.
  • Ross Mortgage Company. - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with J. B. Nutter & Company and Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
  • Salem Five Mortgage Company, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Salem Five Cents Savings Bank
    Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
  • Southbridge Savings Bank-Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with American Home Bank Reverse, a division of First National Bank of Chester County.
  • Susquehanna Bank formerly known as Graystone Mortgage a division of Graystone Tower Bank - Approved to offer HECM
  • The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
  • The Savings Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
  • Union Trust Mortgage Corporation - Approved to offer HECM.
  • Urban Financial Group, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM.
