	<title>Notice to TracFone Safelink Wireless Lifeline Customers and Potential Customers</title>

	<summary type="html">The Department has been informed that an entity named TruLinkWireLess.com is soliciting low income consumers for TracFone Wireless’s Lifeline service, called Safelink Wireless. Safelink Wireless provides Lifeline eligible consumers a free cell phone and free limited airtime for each month. Furthermore, TracFone does not provide any costs for signing up for the Safelink service. The Department has learned that TruLinkWireLess.com is charging consumers a $30 fee to assist consumers to enroll in the SafeLink Wireless program. TruLinkWireLess is not authorized to resell or to sign-up consumers to the Safelink service. Consumers who are interested in Safelink should only contact TracFone. If consumers have been affected by TruLinkWireLess, they should call the Department’s consumer hotline at 800-392-6066.</summary>
