Rockland Financial Mortgage Co., LLC (Plainville, MA; Cranston, RI) - On October 2, 2003, the Commissioner of Banks entered a Consent Order against Rockland Financial Mortgage Co., LLC of Cranston, Rhode Island. By entering a Stipulation and Consent to the Issuance of a Consent Order, Rockland Financial Mortgage Co., LLC and the Commissioner of Banks stipulated and agreed to resolve the matters raised in a Cease and Desist Order previously entered against Rockland Financial Mortgage Co., LLC on September 12, 2003.
