By entering a Stipulation and Consent to the Issuance of a Consent Order, Best Mortgage Services, Inc. and the Commissioner of Banks stipulated and agreed to resolve the matters raised in a Cease and Desist Order previously entered against Best Mortgage Services, Inc. on August 14, 2003
