Requests for Professional Service

In response to the Massachusetts Heating Energy Assistance and Tax Relief Act of 2005, Massachusetts Technology Collaborative is currently seeking consumer lending services from a financial institution(s) to help implement a program for the purpose of installing solar photovoltaic systems on residences. Through responses to this Request for Proposals, MTC hopes to select an institution to work with in order to make 0% interest loans available to low, moderate and upper-moderate income borrowers, with MTC committed to spending up to $1.25 million on such a program. MTC intends to pay the interest on the loans that would otherwise be due by the borrowers. Responses to the RFP are due March 27, 2006; other details and deadlines are spelled out in the RFP.
