If you are mailing a fee or assessment to the Division, please check the particular instructions or remittance for the mailing address. Most fees and assessments should be sent to a lockbox address and not the office address.

Visiting the Division

The Division of Insurance reception area is located on the Eigth floor, Suite 810, of One Thousand Washington St.
Upon entering the lobby of One Thousand Washington St, you will be asked to sign in and show a photo id to the security guard on duty. You will be unable to access the building without a photo id.

Take exit 23 to merge onto Purchase St 0.3 mi

From Points West:

Take I-90 (Mass Pike) east toward Boston.
Take exit 22 for Prudential Ctr toward Copley Square 0.2 mi
Merge onto Stuart St 180 ft
Turn right at Dartmouth St 0.4 mi
Turn left at Tremont St 0.1 mi
Turn right at Waltham St 0.2 mi
Turn left at Washington St
Destination will be on the right

Take I-93 N
Take exit 18 for Frontage Rd toward Mass Ave/Roxbury 417 ft
Merge onto I-93 Frontage Rd 0.8 mi
Turn left at W 4th St 226 ft
Continue onto E Berkeley St 0.2 mi
Turn right at Washington St

There is an on-site parking facility. Hourly parking is available.

Public Transportation



The commuter rail Can be taken to either North or South station. From North Station, the MBTA Orange Line will take you to New England medical which is close by or from South Station the MBTA Silver Line Bus is available which will take you right accross the street.
