Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 7, § 3B and c. 30A the Executive Office for Administration and Finance will hold a public hearing relative to proposed promulgation of regulations increasing fees for licensure (801 CMR 4.02 subsections 232, 235-242, 246, 248-250, 252-256, 258-260, 262, 265, and 267).
The hearing will be held at the following time and date at the following location:
- 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 239 Causeway Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA, 02114.
Interested parties will be given an opportunity to present testimony orally or in writing at the hearings.
Written comments will be accepted until the close of business on Thursday, February 26, 2009. Written comments may be mailed to the Division of Professional Licensure, 239 Causeway Street, Fourth Floor, Boston, MA 02114, Attention: Alexander P. Borre or e-mailed to Alexander.P.Borre@state.ma.us.
