By the Department of Telecommunications and Cable

The Administration Division of the Department of Telecommunications and Cable continues to manage the filing of telecommunications case dockets; schedules and assigns rooms for public hearings and meetings; maintains a daily record of files pertaining to the Telecommunications Division of the Department of Telecommunications and Cable; prepares docket filings for storage in the State Records Center; produces material relating to the distribution of Telecommunications Division decisions, opinions and orders; prepares records for appeals to the Supreme Judicial Court and Attorney General's Office; and serves as the Telecommunications Division's nerve center for interaction with the public.

The Cable Division dockets continue to be managed by the Division's Docket Clerk.
