Review of the requirements of 239 CMR 3.13(1) as they would apply to duly licensed funeral establishments potentially selling caskets, flowers, and providing other funeral related services under the funeral establishment’s business rather than via a separate business.  

Consideration of permitting swearing-ins to occur at the Springfield Office of the Division of Professional Licensure when attended by a Board member and Board inspector.
