Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 112, §§ 221-226 and c. 30A, the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors will hold a third public hearing relative to proposed promulgation of amendments and additions to board regulations (266 CMR 2.00, 3.00, 4.00. 5.00 and 6.00). The hearing will be held at the following time and date at the following locations: 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 239 Causeway Street, Second Floor, Boston, MA, 02114. Interested parties will be given an opportunity to present testimony orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. Written comments may be mailed to the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors, 239 Causeway Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02114, Attention Zane Skerry, Executive Director or e-mailed to the Board.
