Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 7, § 3B, c. 112, and c. 30A, the Board of Registration of Allied Menatl Health and Human Services Professionals (Board) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Administration and Finance (A&F), will hold a public hearing relative to proposed amendments to the A&F fee regulations at 801 CMR 4.02 (4.02: Fees for Licenses, Permits, and Services to be Charged by State Agencies). By the proposed amendments, A&F is proposing to set the fees charged by the Board for the oversight and licensure of Applied Behavior Analysts and Assistant Applied Behavior Analysts. All fees are commensurate with the cost of the services provided by the Board, primarily licensure, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 112. A small business impact statement regarding these proposed regulations are on file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office.
The public hearing will be held at 11am on Monday, September 22, 2014 in Room 1E at 1000 Washington Street, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02118.
