On June 5, 2015, the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions adopted new regulations governing the licensure and oversight of Applied Behavior Analysts (ABAs) and Assistant Applied Behavior Analysts (AABAs), as well as revisions to existing regulations governing Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs).
