The Petitioner (Mr. Samer Ramadan, Owner) requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 to allow only one unisex bathroom on each floor and relief from the requirement for showers. The Everett Board of Health does not object to this variance request.

The Petitioner requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 to allow only one unisex bathroom in lieu of the required two. Boston Inspectional Services is aware of this variance request.
