VR-164) ALL CARE DENTAL – 285 MAIN ST. – EVERETT
The Petitioner (Mr. Samer Ramadan, Owner) requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 to allow only one unisex bathroom on each floor and relief from the requirement for showers. The Everett Board of Health does not object to this variance request.
VR-181) MASSPORT STATE POLICE – 1 HARBORSIDE DRIVE – EAST BOSTON
The Petitioner requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 to allow only one unisex bathroom in lieu of the required two. Boston Inspectional Services is aware of this variance request.

The Petitioner (Mr. Barry Lacasse) requests a variance from 248 CMR 10.10 Table 1 to allow a reduction in the number of plumbing fixtures associated with the remodeling of the track and field complex. The Attleboro Board of Health supports this variance request.
